Preparing for Your Visit
Tickets have to be reserved online before arrival.
Museum of Ice Cream has five locations (New York City, Chicago, Austin, Singapore, and Shanghai). Offers and operations differ slightly across the cities, so be sure to select the specific location you plan to visit when reserving tickets and reading FAQs.
The NYC location has three ticket types: General Admission, Anytime Ticket, and VIP Ticket.
Timed entries for General Admission tickets are available every half hour, with varying prices based on the time of day and whether it's a weekday or weekend.
Anytime tickets are more expensive than General Admission tickets, but grant you the convenience of entering the museum without pre-scheduling your time slot.
With VIP tickets, you can bypass pre-scheduling a time slot, skip the entry line, and indulge in a complimentary milkshake.

Museum of Ice Cream combines visual art, photo ops, and playground fun into engaging playscapes.
It's estimated to take 60-90 minutes to go through the entire attraction. Elevators are available for assistance accessing different floors.
Enjoy unlimited ice cream servings from three stations along the self-guided tour. There is also a cotton candy station to indulge in.
